After over a year of issue #2 being submitted to Comixology, I finally received a response.
"Given the change in direction from issue one to issue two we are declining to carry the rest of the series. We know that this is disappointing and hope that this rejection doesn't end your journey in getting your vision out to the world. While comiXology has decided to not carry this book, that doesn't mean that others share our opinion.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors."
Change in direction? All because I changed the maturity level of who could read the issue. "That's" the why? Most of the characters ran around naked, there was no SEX and yet the issue gets rejected over "change in direction". I was ready to offer it for sale in different places anyway. It takes them WAAYY to long to go thru their approval process. Issue #1 took over 6 months! How can you keep any kind of publishing schedule when you have no idea when they'll approve it?
